A seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in Procurement and Advisory of PPPs, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) frameworks, and the management of high-value, complex projects. Her work spans advisory, strategic, and implementation roles, with a focus on fostering sustainable partnerships between the public and private sectors.

Her career has been defined by a strong commitment to advancing sustainable and equitable development through the integration of sound governance practices, robust dispute resolution mechanisms, and strategic delivery models — particularly within the context of public–private partnerships (PPPs).

She has advised on and supported the design, negotiation, and execution of infrastructure and investment projects across diverse sectors, ensuring alignment with both regulatory requirements and global ESG standards. She is recognized for her analytical depth, strategic clarity, and commitment to advancing equitable, sustainable solutions in complex operational environments.
